Policies & frequently asked questions
I appreciate your understanding of the policies at Mae Aesthetics. Providing a great experience and service is my priority and these policies help me achieve that.
Cancellation Policy
New year, new policies! During this first year of being open, I've been able to grow and learn from different experiences. I always do my best, and will continue to be flexible for my clients when last minute changes come up, however working for myself my time is more valuable than ever. Please respect that time by giving a 24 hour notice of need to reschedule or cancel. Starting January 1st, 2023, after 3 offenses of late notice and/or no showing you will be required to pay a $25 fee before booking any future appointments. This fee is non refundable.
Late Arrival
Policy
Please give notice ( call / text ) if you're going to be late. 15 minutes or later may require rebooking and will count as a no show, therefore will count as an offense.

If service is still provided, it will end at original booked time as to not affect the clients appointment following yours and you will still be charged for the full service
When Should I Arrive?
First time facial clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and filling out client intake form.

First time lash clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for consultation to ensure desired look.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
It is preferred that you do not wear makeup to your appointment. All lash appointments receive a lash bath, but is more efficient if you do not wear any eyeshadow, mascara, or eyeliner.
Can I drink,
eat, or chew
gum during
my service?
You will not be able to eat or drink during your service. It is also preferred you do not chew gum or mints during your service as it expands your temple area causing the technicians hand to move while
providing very tedious work.
